Donald Blosser is a retired Mennonite pastor and graduate of Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary. After seventeen years as a pastor, he and his wife Carolyn, with their five children, moved to St. Andrews, Scotland where he earned his PHD in New Testament, and pursued his love of golf with an 8 handicap on the famous Old Course at St Andrews His love of music brought he and his wife Carolyn together and has nurtured their 60+ years of marriage. While in Scotland he joined the Pittenweem Madrigals, singing concerts in Scottish castles and Churches.
After earning his PHD he joined the Bible/Religion faculty at Goshen College, affiliated with the Mennonite Church. Twenty three years in the classroom guided his love of scripture as he wrestled with what it means to be a follower of Jesus in a progressive, peace centered theological tradition. Always active in the church, he assisted in the development of Mennonite congregations in Lancaster, PA, Goshen, IN, and Berne, IN. In his retirement years he continues his ministry by providing pulpit supply and New Testament studies that resulted in the writing of 4 books, and numerous theological articles. Don and Carolyn have retired in Goshen, IN.
